Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Protocol, a decision-intelligence software platform operated by Protocol Nexus Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 81290470), registered office: Rm 1007, 10/F, Sterling Centre, No. 11 Cheung Yue Street, Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong. "We" and "us" mean Protocol Nexus Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Protocol is a software platform that produces analytical reports, timing models and compatibility analytics from date, time and location inputs using deterministic, source-referenced computation. Outputs are informational decision-support tools — not predictions, guarantees, or professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. Accounts used by minors must be managed by a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your associated data.
4. Credits, plans & billing
Credits are prepaid usage units consumed when you run features. Who sells to you depends on how you pay. Card payments and all monthly plans go through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record: Gumroad is the seller on your receipt and handles applicable taxes, and monthly plans are billed in USD. PromptPay payments in Thai baht are received into a Thai bank account held in the name of Protocol's founder. We intend to move card payments to Protocol Nexus Limited through Stripe and will update these Terms before that happens. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; one-time credit packs do not expire.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, reverse engineering, automated scraping beyond the documented API, reselling outputs as professional advice, or relying on outputs for decisions requiring a licensed professional (medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical).
6. Intellectual property
Protocol, including our computation systems, code and content, is owned by us. You retain ownership of your inputs and may use the reports you generate for personal and internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" for informational and reflective purposes only. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any outcome. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live are not affected. Questions: legal@protocol.top.
